The Customer Care Executive will handle walk-in customers, manage product demo registrations, perform outbound/inbound calling, and provide after-sales service support. This role requires good communication, customer-handling skills, and the ability to coordinate smoothly between sales, service, and customers.
Responsibilities:
Handle
demo registrations
and schedule demo appointments
Make
follow-up calls
for demos, inquiries & service
Log customer complaints and coordinate with the service team
Provide product information and basic showroom support
Maintain customer records and daily reports
Requirements:
