Role & Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and provide quick resolutions. Maintain customer records and follow up on service requests. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer service. Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely communication. Support daily operations and report customer feedback.
Qualification: Any Degree

Experience: Min 1 year in customer service

Should be proficient in English and Hindi



Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
