As a Customer Care Executive at Lord Krishna Builders, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate is a graduate with at least 2 to 3 years of experience in customer care or a related field.
Customer Care Executive - (Minimum 2 Years Experience)
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Care & Communication
Provide prompt and professional support to customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Give regular updates to customers regarding service progress, timelines, and pending requirements.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations with a solution-oriented approach.
2. Payment Follow-up
Follow up with customers for pending or upcoming payments.
Ensure payment reminders are communicated clearly and on time.
Coordinate with the accounts team for payment confirmation and records.
3. Coordination with Company Departments
Discuss client requirements with relevant internal teams to ensure proper understanding and execution.
Track status of customer requests and follow up with departments until completion.
4. Loan Processing Support
Assist customers with loan-related enquiries and documentation.
Coordinate with financial institutions for loan follow-up until approval or completion.
5. Documentation Handling
Collect all necessary documents from customers as per company requirements.
Verify accuracy and completeness of submitted documents.
Maintain proper documentation records both digitally and physically.
6. Testimonial & Feedback Collection
Collect customer testimonials after service completion.
Encourage customers to provide honest feedback to help improve service quality.
7. Enquiry Management & Additional Works
Handle new enquiries and gather required information at each project/service stage.
Identify additional customer needs and pass them to relevant departments.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer care, client servicing, or a related field.
Skills Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong follow-up and coordination abilities
Basic knowledge of loan processes (preferred)
Good documentation and organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and customer requests efficiently
