Provide accurate information regarding service bookings and other value added services
Record customer interactions, concerns, and resolutions in the CRM system.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues to the concerned department.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory closure of complaints.
Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline
1-3 years of experience in customer service or call center roles (freshers can also apply).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
