Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
Resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints efficiently
Provide accurate information about products/services
Maintain customer records and update the CRM system
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns
Achieve customer service targets and KPIs
Maintain a polite, positive, and professional attitude at all times
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum
1 year of experience
as a Customer Care Executive or in a similar role
Good communication skills
(English, Malayalam/Hindi as applicable)
Strong problem-solving ability
Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
