Customer Care Executive - Premium Italian Designer Leather Furniture Brand (Mingler)

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Mingler, a premium Italian designer leather furniture brand, is looking for a Customer Care Executive for our Kochi office

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, WhatsApp & email enquiries

Provide product information on premium leather sofas, recliners and interior solutions

Coordinate with showroom, sales and service teams to ensure smooth customer experience

Track customer complaints/requests and ensure timely resolution

Maintain customer records, feedback and follow-up updates

Support customer communication during offers, new arrivals and events

Desired Profile

Graduate in any discipline

1-3 years of experience in customer care / front office / tele-calling (furniture, retail, interiors or premium brands preferred)

Excellent communication skills in English & Malayalam (Hindi/Tamil added advantage)

Pleasant personality, customer-focused attitude and strong follow-up skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp Business, Email, CRM entry)
