Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with clients over phone and WhatsApp.
Handle incoming inquiries and make timely follow-ups with potential clients.
Record daily call updates and maintain lead status reports.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for appointments and follow-ups.
Update client details accurately in CRM/ERP systems.

interior-related work
