Job Description

The Customer Support Coordinator is responsible for ensuring effective communication between customers and the support team. This role involves coordinating customer service activities, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing administrative support to ensure a seamless customer experience. The coordinator will play a key role in managing customer expectations and assisting the support team to deliver high-quality service.

REQUIRED SKILLS:



Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong communication skills Excellent listening skills -- ability to understand client problems or queries and suggest appropriate solutions. Proven experience in customer service or a similar client-facing role. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to respond effectively in real time. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset focused on delivering satisfaction. Familiar with educational portals and admission processes Ability to work with speed and accuracy under minimal supervision.

QULIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:



A bachelor's degree in a related field Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry
