Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats.

Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.

Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.

Maintain customer records and update databases regularly.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue closure.

Meet daily/weekly performance and quality targets.

Prepare and maintain reports of customer interactions and feedback.

1year of experience in customer service, call center, or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Bachelor's (Preferred)
