Job Responsibilities



Handle

inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and messages

. Provide accurate information about the company and its services. Record customer queries and ensure timely follow-up and resolution. Maintain

customer database and call logs

in CRM or Excel. Coordinate with internal teams for order updates, billing, or support. Ensure

professional and polite communication

at all times. Gather customer feedback and report common issues or suggestions.

Requirements



0-3 years

of experience in Customer Support / Telecalling / CRM handling. Excellent

communication skills in English and Malayalam

(Hindi is a plus). Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, Email). Friendly, patient, and solution-oriented attitude. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
