We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Customer Care Executive for our company services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and fluency in Tamil, Malayalam, and English. This role involves engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction:
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Understand the preferences and requirements of clients to provide personalized service.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Regularly follow up with clients to update and gather feedback.
Database Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client profiles.
Problem Resolution:
Address client concerns or issues promptly and empathetically.
Offer solutions that ensure client satisfaction.
Administrative Tasks:
Manage appointments and scheduling.
Prepare reports on client engagement and progress.
Skills and Qualifications:
Language Proficiency: Fluency in Tamil, Malayalam, and English (both verbal and written).
Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a social service-related field is preferred.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong listening, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic computer applications.
Personality: Warm, approachable, and patient.
