Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
Provide product/service information and support.
Prepare daily and weekly reports related to customer service.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer care or call center role.
Excellent communication skills in English and [local language, if applicable].
Strong listening, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, CRM tools preferred).
Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
