Customer Care Executive

Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services. Explain product features, offers, and benefits effectively to customers. Share product details, pricing, and availability clearly and confidently Build trust and rapport with customers to improve satisfaction and repeat orders Handle customer inquiries and follow up for conversions. Work closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives. Maintain a database of customer information and call records. Calling prospective customers using provided leads or cold calling.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Basic computer knowledge (preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
