Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats, Respond to customer queries politely and professionally, Provide accurate information about products/services, Register complaints and ensure timely resolution, Assist customers with order placement, billing, and delivery status, Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, technical team) for service requests, Maintain positive relationships with customers, Collect feedback and share with management.
