Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive. The role involves handling customer queries, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support in a professional manner. Provide accurate information about company products, services, and policies. Resolve customer complaints, issues, and queries effectively within defined timelines. Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. Escalate unresolved concerns to the appropriate department and follow up for closure. Record and update customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in CRM/software. Meet performance targets such as response time, customer satisfaction, and service quality. Support sales initiatives by providing product knowledge and generating leads when required. Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to company guidelines. Continuously update knowledge of company products, services, promotions, and processes.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,569.22 per month
