Customer Care Executive
who is confident, polite, and fluent in
Hindi and English
to handle incoming service calls and coordinate customer solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend and respond to customer calls regarding our tools/products.
Provide information about warranty, service, and product queries.
Log complaints and service requests using internal tools.
Coordinate with the technical/service team for resolutions.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and closure.
Who We're Looking For:
Any
graduate
with strong communication skills in
Hindi & English
.
Must be
polite
, patient, and have a customer-first attitude.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced support environment.
Prior experience in a call center or customer service is a plus.
