Retail Sales Executive Key

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services. Achieve monthly/weekly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance. Handle billing, cash transactions, and maintain accurate sales records. Maintain proper product display, stock arrangement, and store cleanliness. Stay updated with product knowledge, promotions, and offers. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions. Coordinate with the store manager and team for smooth operations. Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures.

Additional Skills Required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems. Customer-focused with a positive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
