Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound/inbound calls to patients and explain hospital services.
Fix appointments and follow up with patients.
Handle patient queries politely and professionally.
Maintain call logs and daily reports.
Support hospital campaigns and patient engagement activities.
Requirements:
Good communication skills
Prior experience in tele calling / tele sales, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setup.
Customer service-oriented with a polite attitude.
Basic computer knowledge.
