About the Role:


We are looking for a

Customer Care Executive

to handle calls, emails, and chats, resolve customer queries, and ensure excellent service.

Responsibilities:



Handle inbound & outbound calls, emails, and chats Resolve customer queries & complaints on time Provide product/service information Maintain records & coordinate with internal teams

Requirements:



Minimum: 12th Pass/Graduate Good communication & interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge Experience in customer service preferred
