Customer care executive



Job summary

: Resolving problems by investigating the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution for the problem and following up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

:

Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and chat

Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Process customer requests, such as account updates, transactions, and document verification

Contribute to the development of customer support processes and procedures

Maintain and expand highly effective working relationships with customers

Requirements



Female candidates only

Bachelor's and Associate degree in any field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Age limit: Below 30
