Key responsibilities
:
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and chat
Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Process customer requests, such as account updates, transactions, and document verification
Contribute to the development of customer support processes and procedures
Maintain and expand highly effective working relationships with customers
Requirements

Bachelor's and Associate degree in any field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
