Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Experience: 0-3 years in customer support or service desk roles
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to identify root causes and recurring issues
