We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a

Customer Service Executive

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, addressing queries and concerns, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our clients.

Role Summary:



Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a courteous and professional manner. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty. Review and collect feedback from customers to identify areas for service improvement. Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient store operations. Support the sales team in achieving store targets and maintaining store standards.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:



Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline. Prior experience in sales or retail is preferred, but not mandatory. Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. A team player with a customer-first approach.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
