Job Description

Responsibilities

Provide professional and empathetic customer service via phone, email, and chat. Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently and effectively. Maintain thorough knowledge of the company's products and services. Update and manage customer records in the CRM system. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs. Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate team when necessary. Track and analyze customer feedback to propose improvements. Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics and targets.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
