We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Customer Care Executive to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently and professionally. Your role is vital in maintaining customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions promptly
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Guide customers through product features and usage
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
Promote company products and services when appropriate
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Empathy, patience, and a customer-first attitude
Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools
Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred
1+ years of experience in customer service (preferred)
Proficiency in English and [other regional languages if applicable]
Comfortable with rotational shifts and weekend availability
