Tele calling:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our interior design services.
Explain the benefits and features of our services to potential clients.
Answer incoming calls from potential clients and provide them with information.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Reporting:
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management.
Track and analyze sales performance metrics.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in tele calling , preferably in the interior design industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to understand and articulate interior design concepts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
