Call and convert leads into potential patients/customers
Follow a strict mechanism for lead follow-ups and maintain timely communication
Coordinate online consultations for patients with doctors efficiently
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up actions in the system
Address patient queries and provide relevant information about treatments and services
Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to improve conversion strategies
Requirements:
Proficiency in
English, Malayalam, and Hindi
(Tamil is an added advantage)
Prior experience in
telecalling, customer service, or sales
(preferably in healthcare or wellness sectors) is a plus
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to handle objections and guide potential customers towards making informed decisions
Ability to work under targets and deadlines
Positive attitude, patience, and excellent listening skills
