Qualification: Any UG degree

Experience: Minimum 1 year relevant experience

Responsible for scheduling and managing patient appointments efficiently and professionally. This role involves close coordination with doctors, departments, and patients to ensure seamless scheduling, minimize wait times, and enhance patient experience. Maintain accurate scheduling of doctors and other clinical staff availability. Coordinate with departments to confirm appointment slots and timings. Respond to patient queries related to services, schedules, and doctors. Follow up with patients regardingf upcoming appointments. Answer high-volume inbound calls promptly, maintaining professionalism and empathy. Respond to patient queries related to services, schedules, and doctors. Inform the relevant departments and doctors about the daily appointment rosters. Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments for smooth patient flow Follow the schedule of appointments and follow-up, ensuring adherence to process and systems and smooth flow of patients in the OPD.
