Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential leads and explain clinic services. Follow up with warm leads from social media, website, and walk-ins. Schedule consultations with doctors and maintain daily call logs. Maintain customer database and update CRM regularly. Coordinate with the front office and marketing team to ensure smooth appointment flow. Meet weekly and monthly targets for leads and conversions.

Key Skills & Requirements:



Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam (as per location). Proven experience in telesales, preferably in healthcare/cosmetic/clinic industry. Ability to handle pressure and achieve sales targets. Basic computer skills - MS Excel, CRM tools. Customer-centric approach with good listening and convincing skills.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
