Job Description

Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner (in person and on calls). Act as a communication bridge between customers and internal departments (front section, printing section, finishing). Listen to customer requirements and provide appropriate support or solutions. Track ongoing orders and update customers regularly. Handle basic complaints or concerns and ensure follow-up. Maintain records of interactions, orders, and feedback.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
