We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic

Customer Care Executive

to join our team at Nakshatra Gold and Diamonds. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has a passion for customer service, and is looking to build a career in luxury retail.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers at the showroom with a positive and professional attitude Handle customer queries and provide accurate product and service information Manage customer follow-ups and ensure a seamless experience Coordinate with sales and billing teams to support customer needs Maintain customer service records and feedback logs Handle phone calls and basic showroom communication duties

Requirements

0-1 year of experience in customer service (jewellery or luxury retail preferred) Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English Friendly, patient, and confident in dealing with people Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.) Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
