Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Service Coordinator

with a strong background in service coordination for air-conditioning equipment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both

English and Malayalam

. Prior experience in coordinating service activities and managing customer interactions is essential.

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate and support the service team in day-to-day operations. Manage and track service calls, ensuring timely registration, assignment to technicians, and follow-up. Liaise with major companies and vendors to arrange for spare parts and ensure availability. Assign service jobs to field technicians and monitor their schedules and performance. Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates and obtaining service feedback. Maintain accurate records of service requests, spare parts inventory, and customer interactions. Prepare service reports and assist in documentation and quotations as needed.

Preferred Experience:



2+ years in service coordination or administrative support within a technical services company, ideally in HVAC.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
