Job Description

Lead generation:

Identify potential customers and qualify their interest using effective questioning techniques.And took primary details.

Product/service knowledge:

Gain a thorough understanding of our offerings to answer customer questions accurately and confidently.

Objection handling:

Address customer concerns with empathy and persuasive communication skills to overcome objections and build trust.

Data entry:

Maintain accurate records of call activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.

Performance tracking:

Analyze personal call metrics and actively seek opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
