Key Responsibilities



Call

existing customers (re-customers)

from the database to: Collect feedback on food, service & ambience Inform them about

offers, events & new menu items

Invite them again for dining Call

table-visit customers

after dining to: Take

experience feedback

Handle complaints politely Improve repeat visit ratio Update

daily call reports

: Number of calls made Positive / negative feedback Callback & revisit confirmation Build

long-term customer relationships

Coordinate with the

restaurant manager & marketing team


Required Skills



Good

communication skills

(Hindi, Bengali & basic English preferred) Polite, confident & customer-friendly tone Basic

mobile & computer knowledge

Ability to convince customers politely Experience in

restaurant / retail / tele-calling

is a plus

Qualification



Minimum

10th / 12th pass

Fresher with good communication can apply

Experience Requirement



0-2 years

in: Calling Executive Customer Relationship Tele-sales Restaurant feedback calling

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
