Job Description



Answer inbound customer calls, emails, and chats promptly and professionally. Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and determining the cause. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and methods. Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Assist with placing orders, refunds, and exchanges. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.35 per month
