Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across products:
Gold Loans
Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs)
Subordinate Debt (SDs)
Health Insurance
Hospicash
Life Insurance
, and other cross-sell opportunities.
Collaborate with branch staff to meet overall team targets.
2. Customer Service & Relationship Management
Provide timely, polite, and solution-focused service to customers.
Handle queries, address complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Build trust and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
3. Gold Loan Operations
Accurately appraise gold using purity testing and valuation methods.
Verify documents, process loan applications, and ensure smooth disbursal.
Follow up on loan renewals, interest payments, and repayments.
4. Cross-Selling & Product Promotion
Identify customer needs and offer appropriate financial products.
Educate customers on features, benefits, and terms of various offerings.
5. Regulatory Compliance & Documentation
Follow

Maintain accurate records and handle customer data with confidentiality.
6. Reporting & Coordination
Update the Loan Management System (LMS) regularly.
