The CCE will assist customers throughout the gold loan process, from inquiry to loan disbursal. They will help verify documents, support gold valuation, and prepare loan applications and agreements under supervision. The CCE will maintain accurate records, update internal systems, and ensure excellent customer service by addressing queries and concerns.
