We are looking for a dynamic and empathetic Customer Care Executive to join our growing team in Bangalore.
In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for delivering exceptional support to our customers across multiple platforms, including phone, email, and live chat.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: 12th Standard / PUC pass or Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).
Language Skills: High fluency in English and Hindi.
Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and a minimum typing speed of 25-30 WPM.
Availability: Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
