Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner Provide accurate information about products and services Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
