Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or ticketing systems.
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Identify customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
Document all customer interactions and maintain records in the CRM system.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when needed.
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been fully resolved.
Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and support processes.
Provide feedback to management regarding recurring issues or improvement areas.
Contribute to team goals for response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory).
Proven experience in customer service or a similar role (freshers may apply if applicable).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with customer support software (CRM, helpdesk tools) is an advantage.
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude toward customers.
Preferred Skills (Optional)
Experience with tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce.
Knowledge of the company's industry or products.
