? Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve queries and issues related to Novopay's services and products.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
Adhere to quality, compliance, and performance standards.
? Requirements:
Fresher and 6 month of experience in a voice-based customer support process.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Strong problem-solving attitude and customer-centric mindset.
Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle pressure.
Immediate joiners preferred.
