Customer Care Executive

for both

Voice

and

Non-Voice

Key ResponsibilitiesVoice Process

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls. Resolve customer queries with clarity, patience, and professionalism. Provide accurate product/service information. Maintain call quality and follow communication guidelines.

Non-Voice Process

Respond to customer queries via email, chat, or tickets. Maintain accuracy and quality in written communication. Update customer information in the system. Ensure timely follow-up and resolution.

Requirements

Good communication skills (verbal & written). Basic computer knowledge and typing skills for non-voice positions. Ability to work in rotational shifts and week-offs. Customer-oriented attitude with problem-solving ability. Freshers and experienced candidates (HSC Pass) are welcome.
