We are seeking a friendly, empathetic, and patient-focused Customer Care Executive to provide exceptional service to patients, their families, and visitors. The role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients/visitors at the hospital reception or via phone/email.
Address queries about services, appointments, billing, and facilities.
Resolve complaints/issues promptly and escalate complex cases to management.
Coordinate with departments (registration, billing, etc.) to resolve patient concerns.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and feedback.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies (HIPAA, data privacy).
Assist in improving service quality through feedback collection.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication (verbal/written) in English, Hindi, and local languages.
Empathy, patience, and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, hospital software).
Ability to handle high-volume calls and multitask.
Prior experience in a similar role (preferred).
Qualifications:
Graduate in any field; hospitality/healthcare certification is a plus.
0-2 years of experience in customer service.
Certification in customer service or patient relations is an advantage.
