Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and queue management.
Guide patients to respective departments, doctors, or diagnostic areas.
Address and resolve patient queries promptly and professionally.
Communication & Coordination
Answer incoming calls, provide accurate information, and route calls appropriately.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, billing, and other departments for smooth patient service.
Maintain effective communication between patients and the hospital team.
Administrative Support
Ensure accurate entry of patient data into the HIS (Hospital Information System).
Handle admission and discharge formalities efficiently.
Assist in billing coordination, document collection, and report delivery.
Maintain confidentiality and protect patient information at all times.
Customer Relationship Management
Collect patient feedback and escalate complaints to the supervisor for resolution.
Support patient satisfaction initiatives and service quality improvement programs.
Ensure a welcoming environment that reflects the hospital's brand and values.
