Ensure timely issue resolution and follow-ups. Share customer feedback to improve service quality. Coordinate with sales and logistics teams for smooth operations.

Requirements:



2-3 years of customer service experience (e-commerce/retail preferred). Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills. Proficient with CRM, chat, and email tools. Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused.
