Key Responsibilities:



Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and messages promptly and courteously. Provide accurate information about products, services, or delivery status. Resolve customer issues, complaints, and escalations effectively. Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions. Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, logistics, etc.) to ensure timely issue resolution. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service quality. Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.

Pay: ₹12,231.93 - ₹20,000.00 per month
