Build strong relationships with drivers to promote retention and loyalty.
Act as the main point of contact for drivers to resolve operational, payment, or behavioral issues.
Track driver attendance, trip performance, and daily productivity.
Counsel underperforming drivers and motivate top performers.
Address and resolve driver grievances related to payouts, shift schedules, or vehicle issues promptly.
Coordinate with other departments (HR, Finance, Operations) for smooth resolution.
Organize driver engagement activities, meetings, and feedback sessions.
Reduce driver attrition through proactive support and regular communication.
Ensure driver availability as per fleet requirements.
Monitor adherence to shift timings, trip discipline, and service quality.
