We are looking for a

Customer Support Executive

who can handle both

inbound and outbound calls

with professionalism and empathy. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in

English, Hindi

, and at least

one regional language

, and should be comfortable interacting with customers across different channels, including

social media platforms

such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a courteous and professional manner. Provide information about products/services and address customer queries effectively. Maintain accurate call records and customer interaction details in CRM systems. Manage customer engagement and support through social media platforms. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns. Meet daily/weekly call and service quality targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Minimum

1 year of experience

in a call center, customer support, or telemarketing role. Fluency in

English

,

Hindi

, and at least

one regional language

(Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, etc.). Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Proficiency in using

social media platforms

(Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn). Ability to

learn quickly

and adapt to new systems or products. Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.). Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving ability.

Additional Requirements:



Willingness to work in rotational shifts between

8 AM to 8 PM

. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills. Good time management and attention to detail. Ability to work under minimal supervision and handle pressure calmly.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,249.61 - ₹20,000.00 per month
