Job Title: Customer care Executive



Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Qualification: PUC / Graduation

Experience: Fresher / Experienced

Languages Required: English + Hindi

Compensation: ₹19,000 CTC

Shift Details:

6 Days Working (Sunday Fixed Week Off)

Roles & Responsibilities:



Provide excellent customer support with strong communication skills in English.

Handle customer queries with patience, reasoning, and problem-solving ability.

Ensure timely and professional responses through calls, chats, or emails.

Develop a basic understanding of the customer service industry.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Utilize basic computer knowledge to manage customer data and communication.

Skills Required:



Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi).

Strong reasoning and analytical ability.

Good interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, typing, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.50 - ₹19,000.07 per month

Work Location: In person
