Key Responsibilities
? Handle incoming calls from customers requiring automobile assistance.
? Coordinate with field technicians to facilitate timely support.
? Enter customer and service request details accurately into the admin portal.
? Monitor and track the status of ongoing service requests.
? Escalate any issues, delays, or customer concerns to the supervisory team.
? Ensure clear, polite, and respectful communication with both customers and service partners.
Requirements
? Proficiency in Hindi and English is mandatory. Any other language known would be an additional advantage.
? Working knowledge of MS Excel for basic data entry and tracking.
? Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach.
? High attention to detail and organizational skills.
? Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.
? Ability to stay calm and solution-focused in high-pressure situations.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹17,000.00 per month
