We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team and handle customer queries, provide accurate information, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, patience, and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from customers.
Resolve product/service-related queries in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about company products, services, and policies.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when necessary.
Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
Ensure a positive customer experience and build long-term relationships.
Requirements:
Graduate/Undergraduate in any stream.
0-2 years of experience in customer support (freshers can also apply).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good problem-solving ability and listening skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
